Steamed Seafood in Plum Sauce

Ingredients:


1  pound  mussel ( with shells ) 
1  pound  scallops ( no roe ) 
1  pound shrimp ( shelled and deveined ) 
4  cups    quinoa, cooked 
   to taste    sea salt 
   to taste    plum sauce 
Dressing
In a steamer, place the mussels, shrimps, and scallops; steam for 20 minutes.
 Take out your mussels, shrimps and scallops from the steamer and place over each serving of cooked quinoa noodles. Pour a ladle of processed plum sauce ( http://mykithen.blogspot.com/2014/03/plum-sauce.html ) over each plated mussels shrimps, scallops and noodles. Bon appetite.
