Cherry Chicken Salad
Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon pineapple juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cups pitted fresh cherries, halved
2 cups chicken ( cubed, cooked )
1 cup Cheddar cheese ( cubed, medium-sharp )
1/2 to 3/4 sliced celery ( cup diagonally )
1/3 cup sliced green onion with tops
Lettuce leaves
Bing cherries
Directions
Combine mayonnaise, juice, soy sauce and ginger. Mix well. Combine cherries, chicken or turkey, cheese, celery and onion; toss. Spoon salad mixture over lettuce leaves. Top add mayonnaise. Bon Appetite.
