My Favourite Sauce

Ingredients

3/4    cup    tomato sauce 
1/2    cup    balsamic vinegar 
1/2    cup    brown sugar ( +1 T ) 
1/4    cup    worcestershire sauce 
1/4    cup    sugar 
2    tablespoons    onion ( diced ) 
1    tablespoon    lemon juice 
1 1/2    teaspoons    Dijon mustard 
1    clove(s)    garlic ( minced ) 
1    pinch    cinnamon 
1    dash    red pepper flakes 
1    dash    allspice 

Directions
Place all ingredients: 3/4c tomato sauce, 1/2c balsamic vinegar, 1/2c brown sugar +1 T, packed, 1/4c worchestershire sauce, 1/4c sugar, 2T diced onion, 1T lemon juice, 1 1/2t dijon mustard, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 pinch cinnamon, 1 dash red pepper flakes, 1 dash allspice, in a small sauce pan on a medium heat
to bring the sauce to a roll, then reduce heat to simmer.
Simer for 1 hour or until thickened. To give Vegetarian Risotto 
Serve 2
