Fruity Parfait

Fruity Parfait

Ingredients:
1 cup  raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 cups fresh or canned chopped pineapple
¼ cup chopped dates
¼ cup sliced, toasted almonds

Dressing

 In four parfait glasses or see-through cups build up the parfait layers. Start with a base layer of  ¼ cup pineapple each parfait. Add a layer of ¼ cup sliced strawberries to each parfait. Add a layer of ¼ cup yogurt to each parfait. Add a layer of ¼ cup raspberries  to each parfait. Add a second layer of ¼ cup yogurt to each parfait. Top the yogurt with 1 tablespoon each of chopped dates and toasted almond slices. Bon Appetite.
