Ingredients

1    pound    sourdough bread ( puff dough ) 
10    ounces    Atlantic pollock ( hake, Alaska Pollack, Maritime language ) 
3 1/2    ounces    white rice, cooked 
1    ounce    french fried onions 
7    ounces    mayonnaise 
   to taste    salt and pepper 

Directions
