Plum Sauce

 Plum Sauce
Ingredients:
4    cups    plums ( chopped ) 
1/2    cup    water
1    clove(s)    garlic ( minced )
1/2    cup    onion ( chopped )
1    teaspoon    ginger root ( minced )
1/4    cup    apple cider
1    teaspoon    stevia
1/4    teaspoon    cayenne pepper
   to taste    sea salt
Dressing

Сook  by combining the plums, water, garlic, and ginger root in a saucepan. On medium-high heat, bring to a rolling boil. Lower the heat, add in the rest of the ingredients, and simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes. Take off from the heat and transfer the mixture to a blender. Pulse beat for a few seconds. Bon appetite.
