Tomato Passat

 Tomato Passat 


Ingredients:

1 kg of tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 bunch of Basil
salt to taste

Scald the tomatoes, remove the skin and chop. The bulbs are also finely cut and fry in vegetable oil until Golden color. When the onion is lightly browned, add the tomatoes. The mixture simmer 25 minutes, during this time, the excess moisture must evaporate. 10 minutes till the readiness add salt and add the chopped Basil. Bon appetite.
