Peachy Chicken Salad
Ingredients1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
2 1/2 cups chicken ( cooked, cubed )
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1 cup frozen tiny peas ( thawed )
2 large peaches ( peeled and chopped )
1 cup pecan halves, toasted
to taste salt and pepper
Lettuce leaves, optional
Directions
In a large bowl, combine 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons milk, salt and pepper 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon and blend well. Add chicken and toss to coat. Stir in grapes, peas, peaches and pecans. Decorate top with nuts. Bon Appetite.
