Soft kiss

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups sour cream ( 1 kg ) 
2 eggs 
3 cups Sugar 
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking soda 
2 cups flour 
3 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder 
1/2 lemons ( juiced ) 
2 tablespoons butter 

Directions

 Biscuits: 2 cups sour cream (400 g), 2 eggs, 2 cups sugar, 1, 5 teaspoon of hydrated soda and 2 cups of flour mix. Divide the dough into 2 parts, one part of the dough add 2 tbsp cocoa. Bake at 200 ° for about 20-25 minutes. Can be added optionally to the dough or berries or walnuts.




Cream: 600 g sour cream, 1 Cup sugar (preferably fine) and the juice of half a lemon whip.
 Glaze: 2 tbsp sour cream, 1, 5 tbsp cocoa 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp sugar to melt on the fire, without boiling.

Interlaying the cooled biscuits with cream and covered with chocolate.
