Apples in puff pastry

Ingredients

1    pound    flour 
   pinch    salt 
1    pound    butter ( +2 tbsp ) 
1 1/3    cups    water ( cold ) 
6    apples 
1    egg 
   to taste    sugar ( For decoration: sugar powder, poppy, nuts. ) 

Directions

Sift 0,5 kilogram of flour, add a pinch of salt, 2 table-spoons of butter, stir. Then gradually pour 350 ml of cold water. Knead the dough. The surface of the table, sprinkle with flour.
