Mushroom with Asparagus

Ingredients

1 lb. fresh asparagus
8 oz fresh mushrooms  cut
2 sprigs fresh rosemary, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp. olive oil
Black pepper and Sea salt to taste

Directions

Preheat your oven to 400°F. Trim the stalks of the fresh asparagus.  In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, rosemary, garlic and salt. Toss in the mushrooms and the asparagus to coat well. Arrange the vegetables in a baking dish or roasting pan. Place the dish or pan in the preheated oven. Cook for 15 minutes.
